Who We Are

Saint Germain Foundation ("we," "us," or "our"), operating as the “I AM” Ascended Master Miracle Conclaves, operates the “I AM” Miracle Youth Conclave text update program (the "Program"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Program, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our SMS Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Program.

When you sign up for text updates, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number
• The date and time you opted in, and your consent status

• Confirm your registration and respond to opt-out (STOP) or help (HELP) requests

Text Messaging Program Details

• Consent: By submitting the sign-up form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from us regarding the Conclave. Consent is not a condition of attending the event.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on schedule changes and event announcements.
• Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opting out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How We Share Your Information

We use third-party service providers to deliver text messages, including OneSignal (messaging platform) and its underlying carrier partner, Twilio. These providers process your phone number solely to deliver messages on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using your information for their own purposes.

We do not share your information with other third parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared, sold, or transferred to any third party for any purpose.

This Program is not intended for and does not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 13. Participation in the Conclave and this text messaging Program is limited to individuals 13 years of age or older.

Data Retention

We retain your name, phone number, and consent record for as long as needed to operate the Program and to demonstrate compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations, or until you opt out and request deletion.

Your Choices and Rights

• You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below.
• Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (for example, the right to know what information we hold about you, or to request deletion).
